• Payment is due as per the invoice terms (typically Net 15 days)
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5.3 Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to scope changes, client feedback cycles, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes promptly.

5.4 Revisions & Changes

The number of included revisions will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra fees at our standard hourly rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXEL LAB STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
